How to lose weight and a break through with the sleeping from cody

Well yesterday morning Cody had a 3 hour sleep, not sure how much longer he would have gone but I woke him after 3 hours or else he would have been up all night, so i got him up feed him and went to chnage his bum, and its was beetroot red the poor boy, so it was down to the chemist to get some cream for the rash (i just thought it was from him teething) so went home changed his bum again and put some cream on it, he had his lunch a bit of a play and then just before 3 back to bed for a nap, he did 1 1/2 hours, when he got up i feed him then went to change his bum again and it was even redder and it had raised bums, so i gave the doctors a ring (4:50, and they close at 5.00) and talked to a nurse she said it could be thrush from his meds for his spots so best to bring him down. so it was quick put cody in the pram jackets and shows for me and jpw, turn the fire down make sure the oven was off. and we ran and i mean ran down to the doctors to make sure we didnt' keep them waiting (for those who know me but don't know i dont' drive lol thats why we ran haha) normally if i just walk at a nice slow speed it takes me 15 minutes to get from home to the doctors, we left here at 4:53 and got there at 5:02 so i think we did pretty good., and i must have lost a bit of weight surely lol. so hehas thrush now and has 2 different creams for his poor red wee bum......so I have taken a note of that antibotics so he doesn't end up on it again if hes going to get thrush from it. poor boy. on a better note Cody woke twice last night once was for 10 minutes, i went in put him back under his blankets tucked him in again and then left . second time was for 1/2 hour and then he went back to sleep. SO he did a total of 9 hours, then he had a feed which was 4ish by that stage and then back to bed and sleep till 6-6:30ish.....so well done cody, lets hope he keeps it up ah.
