1. What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?
Get tough (or try really hard to get tough) with Cody and his sleeping/lack of.....I have always given into him I think to make up for lack of contact from his father, but now its time to get tough for everyone in this house who NEEDS sleep

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
no i havne't kept them yet, but im working on it hehe

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
yes I know of a few people who have babies, Im so not drinking water ah

4. Did anyone close to you die?
well kinda my friend had her baby boy in march but sadly he only lived for 18 minutes, I went to his furneral it was very sad.....

5. What countries did you visit?
The one and only NZ lol

6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
Doctors/surgeons to start listening to me grrrrr.....but definally would love for my surgeon to get back to me in regards to my bone scan and what the next step is next

7. What dates from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
30th July as that was the day Cody finally got grommets in, and its made a huge diffence in him so definally a day to remember.....otherwise just the normal bdays

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
being the best mum I can to my two kids and my scrapbooking, im really liking what im doing and where im going with it

9. What was your biggest failure?
not sure i have any, nope nothing comes to mind right now

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
only the on going wrist issue otherwise been pretty good

11. What was the best thing you bought?
oh goodness i have no idea to be honest, nope again nothing comes to mind right now

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
pass

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
No one

14. Where did most of your money go?
bills bills and bills plus rent and food and power

15. What did you get really excited about?
again Cody getting grommets and it was a big thing and it was hard work to get him to even be seen, and also Jacqueline for getting a certifcate at prize giving well done Jacqueline.....

16. What song will always remind you of 2009?

they all have great meaning but espcieally Happy

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
– happier or sadder? happier 99% of the time
– thinner or fatter? thinner go me gone from a 12 to a 10 YAY
– richer or poorer? sadly definally not richer, much the same really

18. What do you wish you’d done more of?
not sure really, been quite happy with what i ahve done

19. What do you wish you’d done less of?
wasting energy thinking bout those that have hurt me, stressing over things that are done and can't be changed

20. How did you spend Christmas?
the morning was at home with Jacqueline and Cody then out to my partents place to spend the day with them, my sister and her boys, brother and his daughter and my aunty.....and we had a lovely sunny day YAY it was a great day had by all

21. Did you fall in love in 2009?
nope been there done that got me no where lol

22. What was your favourite TV program?
the mentalist love that show

23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
hate is a very strong word, maybe dislike would be better then the answer would be yes

24. What was the best book you read?
well i started it at the end of the year but i read the lovely bones again, love the book and so want to go to the moives to see it

25. What was your greatest musical discovery?
pass

26. What did you want and get?
well for xmas i got this cool paper trimmer for scrapbooking that ive wanted for a while now
oh and i got 3 silent nights from Cody hehe thats a real treat

27. What did you want and not get?
my wrist to be sorted asap

28. What was your favourite film of this year?
seen to many cant' remember

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
just another day but a year older, was 31 appanetly (i say im 21 when people ask though)

30. What’s one thing that would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
okay so im sounding like a broken record now.....to have my wrist sorted

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?
jeans and tshirt or singlet top and then hooded top over top

32. What kept you sane?
scrapbooking, internet and scrapbooking lol oh and chocolate haha, and great friends ;)

33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
oh um not sure....always been a fan of Robbie Williams can't really think of anyone else right now

34. What political issue stirred you the most?
pass

35. Who did you miss?
my brother Tony, even though when he was with us we didnt' see him much I still miss him like made and Gran to, but I know they are both around me and the kids all the time (Im sure they keep Cody up all night lol)

36. Who was the best new person you met?
don't think ive met anyone new really, nobody comes to mind anyway lol

37. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009
DO what is right for YOU never mind anyone else as you have to live with what happens from the choice so make the right one for YOU................
